Estafet Open excels at helping you put a team of expert technicians together. We have worked with companies using both Traditional Waterfall and Iterative methodologies to bring the right team together, with the right skills at the right time.

We have experience of creating multiple 5-10 man work teams designed to deliver work streams in an iterative development that comprises of an Architect, a Team lead, Developers and Testers. Followed by a specialist Deployment team, trainers and a group of administrators.

Alternatively we have experience of building teams for each project phase to enable a rapid ramp up in development capability.

Estafet Open will work with your Project managers and Architects to plan and define resource requirements. We will write the job specification for each role and recruit into that position.
