Deployment Specialists and Administrators

Estafet Open will help you define your specification for a Deployment Specialist and Administrators and prioritise the skills required.

These two roles are distinct from each other and quite often require different skills and experience. A Deployment Specialist is responsible for configuring resources for applications and deploying the application. An Administrator is responsible for monitoring the application as well as working with a Deployment Specialist during deployment. We would expect experience to cover the setting up of the test environments, the configuration and monitoring of production resources as well as performance tuning with knowledge of Open Source monitoring tools.
